PRICES
Prices displayed are in AUD and they are based on Sydney metropolitan prices. Prices may vary from state to state and they may be subject to change without notice. Prices also include GST.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & INFORMATION
Products are available while stocks last. We will withdraw a product from the boutique as soon as stock is unavailable where possible. If you have specific requirements that must be met such as critical dimensions, colour matching etc the onus is on you to ask relevant questions prior to confirming your order. Slight variations may occur in size and colour from shipment to shipment as we do stock some hand-made pieces.
WARRANTY
All product warranties are as per our suppliers warranty policy as applicable for the item purchased. Please note that some items you purchase may have a back to base warranty meaning you must cover the cost in freighting the item back to the supplier for repair or replacement.
DELIVERY & FREIGHTING / DAMAGES & COMPLICATIONS
Touch Interiors is happy to coordinate any deliveries for you and act as your agent in this capacity. In doing so you take full responsibility for any freighting complication that may arise and agree to any terms or conditions that our suppliers have in reference to their freighting policy. In the case of any complication, Touch Interiors will endeavor to resolve any issue and act as the mediator between the supplier and yourself but Touch Interiors will not take responsibility or any financial loss for such complications. Due to the nature of furniture transport, complications may occur including damage during uninsured transport or late shipment. We will endeavour to quote accurate ETA’s however if any unforseeable delays do occur Touch Interiors will keep you informed as we receive updates but cannot be held responsible. If items arrive damaged to you it is a requirement that Touch Interiors is notified via email with 24 hours with clear detailed photos of the reported damage. You will be required to include a personal assessment on whether damage most likely occured during shipment or prior to dispatch from our supplier.
COLOURS ON THE WEBSITE
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the site. However, the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor and settings, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate to the real colour. If you have any doubts about the colour please ask us to send you out a colour swatch.
ORDERING & EXCHANGES
Goods must be paid for in full prior to dispatch. You should take care in ensuring that your order is accurate and what you want, as we do not provide refunds for change of heart / unforeseeable delays as we are bound to our suppliers terms & conditions. Freight is expensive and if you need to exchange any product all associated freight charges are your responsibility. Re-delivery fees may occur if you arrange a time with the freight company and are not able to receive the goods as initially arranged. In certain circumstances, Touch Interiors may issue a credit note for exchanges, however Touch Interiors will only issue a credit note to the value of the cost price of the returned item. If you have any doubt about your selection you should opt into our consulting service. Simply catalogue all desired items into your own personal online Touch Scrapbook and register for a $3000 Touch Voucher, (only available in some locations).
