Touch Interiors is quite unique in the residential design industry offering independantly or in totality design and decorating services. The Australain College of Interior Decor best describes the difference between the two industries in an article on their website......"Overall there is a fundamental difference between the two professions. Interior Decorators complete the more visual and aesthetic aspects of interiors choosing colours, surfaces, furniture, furnishings and style; whereas Designers work with designing interior spaces and the construction of such spaces of which they then may select the same interior finishes".
What are the measurements on the shopping site for product?
All measuremenst are in CM’s unless otherwsie stated.
Why do I have to spend over $100 to buy from the Touch Boutique??
In order to keep our prices down Touch Interiors needs to move volume. Freighting charges and the cost of set up prohibit us from processing any order under $100.00
Who designed your web site??
David and James Craig from Webntime. David and James have been involved with every aspect of this website. The most dynamic service Webntime offered was a complete business internet database and back end web based administration system. David, James and their team made me think about long-term goals and how to grow my business through the internet. Their professionalism, expertise and dedication was beyond expectation.
Can I buy an advertised individual item at a package price??
Not at this time. If you like an item in one of our packages and it is not in the Boutique then feel free to email us to see if we have it in stock. The item will be sold at approximately 20% off retail. We can post it on the site within 24hrs for you to buy over the internet.
Do you do private residential home consulting??
Only if you are building a new home or renovating a home in its entirety. Touch Interiors does not consult to owners of established homes. We must stand firm on this one. However if you are wishing to buy off our boutique but need extra guidance, for a small fee we will send out a consultant to see you.
Do I have to buy over the net??
Yes, from the launch of our public web site our systems will be interlocked to the web site. This will allow us to make maximum administration savings and allow us to maintain our very low prices. Therefore, orders will only be processed over the internet. If you have particular concerns about paying online we are happy to take a phone order and bank transfer.
How do I know if something is in stock??
Most of our stock is sourced directly from the supplier. In this way we ensure we have the latest stock and avoid big inventory holding costs. This allows us to offer you the best prices we can. If an item is temporarily unavailable we will contact you with alternatives or the expected lead-time.
