Packages will be offered at unbeatable prices saving the buyer thousands off retail. A typical package specifically designed to enhance your development’s finishes & features will be posted on our site, much like the ones currently there.
It is advised that the developer purchases one of our packages to set up as a display suite. With our realistic budgets & eye for sourcing fabulous & affordable products, the display is guaranteed to be less expensive than the cost of renting furniture for long unpredictable periods of time. If this is not a possibility, Touch Interiors can prepare a brochure for the Agent to issue, showing the recommended furniture layout & inventory pictures. STANDARD SERVICES FOR DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS INCLUDE:
-Selection and specification of all finishes, fixtures and equipment for the interior apartments.
-Selection and specification of all finishes, fixtures and equipment for the common areas plus the colour scheme for the exterior building.
-If required, design amendments and improvements to the general floor plans to be discussed in conjunction with the architect.
-The development of kitchen and bathroom joinery design.
-Reflective ceiling plan and electrical plan.
-Annotated plans showing any special features and the associated details such as feature walls, flooring variations, wall niches, etc.
-Supply of a professional sample board for marketing purposes.
